We are extremely confident that you will love Amsterdam Herbal Mix. However if you do not find it suitable for you or your needs you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund provided that it meets our guidelines. 

RETURN GUIDELINES

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

If you need to return any products ordered please email our team at help@amsterdam-herbal.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your order. Photos or any additional information is appreciated to speed up to process.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

Please consider the return postage costs before making your purchase.

Refunds

After approval from our customer service team we will issue a refund directly back to the payment method used upon order, this process takes 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
